Marco Polo Party Hostel

The hostel was perfect for a solo traveler! It's located right in the heart of everything you need—just 20 meters from the bus stop, with stores, clubs, pubs, the beach, and even the post office all nearby. Despite staying in a room with 11 other people, I didn’t experience any issues or noise. The rooftop bar is fantastic—great for meeting people from all over the world. As a guest, you get free entry, and the party doesn’t disturb the rooms at all. The place was very clean. Toilets and bathrooms were cleaned every day, and even though there were many people staying on the same floor, I never had a problem finding a free shower or toilet. The staff were incredibly helpful. I requested an extra blanket because I was cold at night, and I received one within a few hours. I also needed to extend my stay for an extra night, and they were very accommodating, helping me switch rooms smoothly. They offered great tips on the best beaches, fun activities, and the locations of nearby shops and the post office. A special highlight was the free guided tours led by Patricia—they were super fun and a great way to explore the area! I highly recommend this hostel for solo travelers and groups of friends alike.

I liked the wide range of activities offered by the hostel, such as tours and parties in the attic. The truth is that the hostel is absolutely incredible, one of the best I've ever stayed in. The bar on the terrace adds a lot of value to the hostel; I had a great time there. The friendliness of the hostel staff and guides is also unbeatable. Especially Patricia, the guide with whom I took a tour to Rabat-Mdina. The location is also very privileged. I totally recommend it, and I will definitely stay there again when I return to Malta.

The location was very central and nice, close to the bus stop, a few beaches and all the bar/club scene as well as many restaurants. The rooftop bar was so fun, the hostel was a very good place to socialize. If you want to party, this is the place. The bed was comfortable, I loved the privacy blind and the lockers worked well.

This hostel is beautifully decorated, the wall art is outstanding. This was my second stay and i chose to extend 4 days more. The staff all working constantly, everything is clean and comfortable at al times. They have a well equipped kitchen with comfortable outdoor seating area, perfect for breakfast or lunchtime. The roof top is great any time of day or night. The evenings are enjoyable for relaxing and good music or conversation. The nights are also fun, thanks to the bar staff, excellent drinks, discounts and great music. The location is ideal, everything you need is close by or within easy reach by bus. I recommend buying the Tallinja card at the airport because it saves you so much time and money. I love the hostel free walking tours, definitely recommend; Patricia is awesome, so many wonderful sights to see and she makes it all so easy and enjoyable for everyone in the group.

Excellent hostel, everything great. Whole place is very clean and comfortable, good shower and toilet facilities. Location is ideal, easy to get to other areas on the island. There's good transport links and plenty of tasty affordable food establishments nearby. Absolutely outstanding service from all staff, especially Yaseer and Geraldine in reception... Best in Malta; the rooftop bar is very pleasant and much appreciated, nice for relaxing in the evenings and/or party through the night. Fun place to meet new friends, definitely will book again and recommend to all travellers
